DJ's recent development

Some recent highlights: week 12 - week 15

• He loves to try and put his entire fist in his mouth
• He blows "raspberries" and salivaed and squeals a lot more
• He start to grab and bat at toys
• During tummy time, he can hold his neck up high
• He enjoys seeing himself and mummy at the mirror

7.665kg @ 13 week

It's time for DJ's 3 month jab. He had to take 2 vaccination today - 5 in 1 & Pneumococcal.  The Pneumococcal cost an additional $100+ , however we opt for it as DJ's going to infant care soon and we don't want him to get any viruses from kids at the center.. 

We are really gald he took it strongly... only cried a few second :)

We also took the opportunity to take his weight and measurement..

He grew pretty fast!!

Weight : 7.665 kg

Head: 42 cm

Height: 62.5 cm

Counting down days...

Exactly 1 Month from now I'll be back to work..

It's 1AM now, casually check the calendar and notice its already 6th Dec. one month from now I will be back to work.. This is giving a heavy heart and I'm missing my darling baby already ..

I hope I can cope...

Mirror mirror on the wall

De Jun is 12 weeks and 6 days old! 

I have been doing some tummy time with DJ on the Fisher price piano gym mat lately and notice a change in him... somewhat he enjoy the MIRROR!

While I cuddle him and bring him to the mirror in the toilet, talk to him looking into the mirror, He SMILE BACK! HE SMILE BACK AT ME! 

Remembering few weeks back he will look blankly at the mirror whenever I talk to him thru the mirror.

Time passes so fast :) 

Loving him more each day.

Finally! A Good night sleep!

Baby De Jun slept thru the night for the 1ST TIME !

Since De Jun is getting 3 months Daddy & I think is important that we establish a sleeping and feeding schedule SO that both of us get to sleep thru the night too.

Previously he will sleep at 8pm after I wipe and feed him.. thru until 1am and wake up AGAIN  at 4am and 630am +-

Yesterday, we woke him up at 1130pm and force feed him .... and woohoo! a whole nite of rest!

Guess we shall do that from now!

Omnimax Theater

Out of boredom, Daddy 'created' a new entertainment for Little DJ.
It's his very own Omnimax Theater!!

DJ's weight...

Went to Bukit Merah Polyclinic today for DJ's 3rd month 5-in-1 jab. The clinic is filled with flu and cough patience and i'm never at ease whenever i visit this polyclinic. But since Daddy Oh insist to take the jabs at Poly... i just follow ..

When our number is called, the nurse in charge (NIC) check on DJ's D.O.B and notice the previous NIC had made a mistake by giving us the appointment date 1 MONTH EARLY! making this a wasted trip...
sigh... Since we are here, i h ave requested the nurse to let us weight Baby DJ and guess what?!  Baby DJ is 7.175KG already!! That explains my sore arms.... anyway the nurse do not allow us to snap a photo as memory... haiz..  i don't understand what's the big deal of it!!

Shall do a weight chart for DJ soon :)
